Feature rich and functional. Big improvement over its predecessor in that it now stands upright on its own as opposed to falling over. The machine’s ability to self regulate is impressive (more dirt = more suction; change surfaces and the rollers correctly identify and adapt accordingly.
I had to replace my previous Shark stick vacuum. After studying all of the different types of stick vacuums I decided on this one. I like some of the new features, but I was disappointed in the size of the collection container. It is smaller that my previous stick vacuum.
I use the vacuum for wood floor and a couple rugs. Picks up dog hair way better than sweeping. Does the job better than expected.
It's pretty heavy and the wheels are rough on hard floor. Not easy to vacuum some carpets as the brushes don't turn easily and you have to push it forward with each stroke which is very tiring.
This is by far the best vacuum I have ever bought! I’ve been a long time shark user but wanted an upgrade from the Rocket Pro that I had for 8 years. This one works fantastic; I love the auto sense between carpet and hard floors, as well as the headlights. The only problem is you have to empty the dust trap between every floor because it picks up so much dust! I love that the container comes all the way out though so you can carry it to the trash can. Also great that it stands up on its own and has the anti hair wrap roller. I am hopeful this one lasts me for 8 years like my old Shark did. The attachments are also very useful.
Very easy to maneuver light and easy to empty love the lights and the double roller and also the added five ft of cord
I absolutely love the vacuum! Where has this been my whole life? The cord is so long that I can do all my floors without having to unplug and plug into different outlets. It’s also very powerful, I love using it, my floors are so clean!
Love the power of this vacuum and I love the extra long cord! We also have your cordless sticks and love them as well.
Great vacuum! Easy to use when you need a quick floor clean. Super light weight. Good power an Great LED lighting.
Love everything except the canister. It’s probably less than 2 cups. If you have an animal you have to dump it multiple times a room.
