Picks up everything in one pass. Battery lasts long enough for my whole apartment. If you have pets, you need this vacuum. The 5.0 rating is deserved!

Great product in use since last fall. Had a problem with charging but service department fixed it in very short order.

This is the best vacuum ever! i find it better than my old Dyson.. It really gets everything on the floor and has very high power and a long battery life

I got it 2 weeks ago and so far it is working properly.

I love to vacuum now. Even my husband and small children do too. You can remove the stick and put the vacuum on the base for a little mini vacuum that is perfect for toddlers to whirl around the house. With 5 kids, I love how easy this is. It is a total game changer to have a cordless vacuum and it works super well. It NEVER spits dirt back at us, which other vacuums have always done. It even picks up cat litter with no problem.

Great vacuum. Thank you

Wow.. my carpets changed color. I was just using a small cheap vacuum. When I took this out of the box ~Gave my rugs a once over they literally changed colors to the clean vibrant colors the once were.

Nice vacuum but spend more time pulling hair out of wheels than I do actually vacuuming. Bad design in my opinion
