Happy with this new more manoeuvrable but less powerful Dyson to replace an older heavier model (v11 Pro). Love the new Konical head with a light to show up dust; and removable head cover to easily untangle hair from the roller. A quick-release battery is another improvement on my older model. Has less tools but is compatible with almost all of the attachments of my old v11 Pro. Works very well on floorboards & tiles.

The light on the front highlights dust marvellously . However, when using the machine on medium power, it takes two or three passes to pick up all the dust from hard flooring Moving onto carpets, the machine needs to be on high power mode, this kills the battery within minutes, I can just about vacuum the stairs on one charge, which would be acceptable if I lived in a light house, instead of a two storey house!
I purchased this almost a month ago and it far exceeds my expectations with the ultra violet xray dirt detection system and improved suction technology. I very much happy with it overall performance

My last vacuum cleaner died and after doing a bit of research, I settled on the Dyson V10 Konical as a replacement. I'm very disappointed with it. The suction is very poor even on Max, I have to pass over an area several times to pick up dog hair, etc. If I run it on Max, the battery power runs within 20 minutes but if I run it on Med, it doesn't pick everything up. I find it very frustrating. I wanted a cordless for convenience but have found it anything but. There was no information or disclaimer warning that this machine wouldn't be suitable for people with pets. I note that on this review, the model is noted with "Refurbished" yet when I purchased it, I wasn't advised that this was the case. I would definitely not recommend this cleaner.
I've been using it for about two weeks now and am very satisfied with it. One charge was enough to clean my entire two-bedroom apartment, which was impressive. The built-in air filter and interchangeable tools are great features. It picks up pet hair exceptionally well on both carpets and hard floors. It's also lightweight, making it easy to use around the house and in my car. Since I have children at home, the built-in air filter gives me extra peace of mind, making this a great choice for my family.
I like the multi-floor single head. Like the green light that illuminates dust on hard floors. Suction levels good. Dust bin is on the small side. Feels I bit of a downgrade on my last Dyson but overall it's good.
