Good improvement at my digestion. Some taste of peppermint if you eat to less after taking a capsule. I think the dosage are a bit high and reduces it down to two capsules a day before a heavy meal. Nice supplement in diet who helps digesting food. Also good for IBS I have also reduced my weight since I started using peppermint capsules before meals. 🌞

This is a great quality supplement. I loved this as I use oregano to cleanse and it’s hard to take unless it’s in this jelly capsule form. This is perfect! I think these are ok/good. For me I burp the oil. It burns a little. I don’t think it’s the product’s fault. I took one with a snack and burped it for hours. Alternatively I took one with a larger dinner and didn’t burp peppermint oil. So they’re not terrible, just not for me for faint use. Keeping them in case I feel off or sick like with cold or flu symptoms. Good to have on hand for any type of infection.

The point of getting enteric is so it doesn't dissolve until it reaches the small intestine but within 10-15 minutes its melting in my stomach so not doing the job of killing bacteria in small intestine. Not one bit effective, falsely claiming to be enteric. Reviewers are saying the same, getting effect on stomach and burping the smell of peppermint from stomach. It shouldn't be labelled enteric, rip off
