I also tried CalmEssence, but this product was, for me, much better at managing stress. This would also be useful for people doing 2x a day workouts and calming those neurotransmitters in the PM.
After taken this supplement for a year plus, below will be my review. Me and my husband does have significant improvements in energy levels, stress management, and overall mood after taking Adrenal Stability.
