I have bought several bottles of this Hawthorne Berry, I like this company a-lot, I think it has lowered my blood pressure some, but, haven’t really been on it long enough to see full results !!! The only thing I wish is that they would make larger bottles of it, I take 4 capsules 2 x a day, so 1 bottle doesn’t get me very far, glad the price is reasonable since I have to purchase so many !!!
Good quality composition of ingredients. Hope to see benefit and improvement at next heart appointment. Mixed with a good diet and any supplements you are lacking. No real taste but earthy scent. Easy twist top package. No concerns in taking this for my age 40 yeas old. Would recommend but consult specialist

The capsules are high quality odorless, and size is easy to swallow. I have been buying them fot the first time. I take them with Relora to feel more benefit. My dosage is one per day. I do not recommend taking these pills on an empty stomach, as they can irritate it. My mood is more consistent and less reaction to the stress.
