I took this and drank the tea the last few weeks of my pregnancy and I went in to labor a week before my "due date". Not sure if it was because of this or not, but I'm glad I didn't go "over" because my baby was big!
The main reason why I take this supplement is that for me it aids when I experience pms:)
I only ordered the very highest quality products and this is another one I use this to maintain female health end it is a company you can trust because you know they use the highest quality so you know you were getting out of the benefits and results you were looking for
Love it! Helps me with my hormones to be more balanced so I feel better every day. Helps with my period also. The taste is fine. The quality is good, the size of the capsule is good and the dosage is good.
quality is good, the right ingredients, nice size, dosage is good, good benefits, no bad taste. helps with balancing your hormones and your cycle. will buy again, Iherb is a good online store for your vitamins. will buy again. Red raspberry is the best, really helped to balance me out
I have purchased these in the past and have been taking for several months. Iherb has the best price. They gave me my period back after not having one for 5 months. Would recommend for anyone with the same concern. They taste like nothing and are very easy to take.
ingredients were good, no taste , quality is great , packaging was perfect , great benefits
The benefits I’ve noticed include enhanced hormonal support, improved menstrual comfort, and a gentle sense of overall well-being. The ingredients are natural and carefully selected, with high-quality Red Raspberry leaf extract as the main component, contributing to the supplement’s consistent effectiveness. The package is sturdy, compact, and easy to store, keeping the capsules fresh.
I’ve been taking this for a few weeks and have noticed more balance and overall well-being. The capsules are easy to take, and I love that they use natural ingredients.
