I have lyme disease and rely on Cat's Claw to manage it. This is one of my favorite brands. It is one of the few that is standardized so you actually get medicine in the capsule. Most brands are just ground up bark, so its usefulness is hit or miss. Nature's Way is reliable and a good value.

I am working on my second bottle and so far it is working great. I have had so much pain in my knees I have a hard time sleeping. Now I am sleeping great. I highly recommend this product.
