It’s a good portion to use for baking. If you wanna get cheap one in Japan, the portion is always too big or too small. Hard to get this portion of Choc-chips at Japanese supermarket. Single chip size is right and easy to use! and tastes good:) The chip size is definitely regular size in Japan.

You can actually taste that it’s real chocolate, with a cleaner and more natural flavor compared to many standard chocolate chips. The mini size is great because it spreads evenly in recipes. I used them in cookies and brownies and they melt just right, creating small pockets of chocolate throughout the dough without overpowering the overall flavor. I have tried a variety of chocolate baking products before but this is the best one I have found so far. With only three ingredients, the chocolate is very clean tasting with no nasty seed oils in it. Great flavour either to snack on or used to melt in baking products. Highly recommend for allergy sufferers.
