It’s a good portion to use for baking. If you wanna get cheap one in Japan, the portion is always too big or too small. Hard to get this portion of Choc-chips at Japanese supermarket. Single chip size is right and easy to use! and tastes good:) The chip size is definitely regular size in Japan.

I bought these 100% Real Chocolate Mini Chips, Semi-Sweet (255 g) from Enjoy Life on iHerb and I’m very happy with the quality. The chocolate flavor is really good, with that classic semi-sweet balance — not overly sweet and not too bitter either. You can actually taste that it’s real chocolate, with a cleaner and more natural flavor compared to many standard chocolate chips. The mini size is great because it spreads evenly in recipes. I used them in cookies and brownies and they melt just right, creating small pockets of chocolate throughout the dough without overpowering the overall flavor. They also work well in pancakes, granola, or even mixed into yogurt. Another positive point is the texture. The chips hold their shape while baking but still melt nicely and become soft. I have tried a variety of chocolate baking products before but this is the best one I have found so far. With only three ingredients, the chocolate is very clean tasting with no nasty seed oils in it. Great flavour either to snack on or used to melt in baking products.
