Perfect for choc chip biscuits, mixing into Natural Simply Delish chocolate pudding mix, oat bars. When baked it does keep it shape better than other brands I have tried. They are not as large as the ones in the supermarket but it does clearly show you on the front of the packet how large they are.
Quickly have become my fav keto chocolate chips. I do find they have a mild coconut taste, but I don’t mind it. The chocolate is not hard and has a nice, smooth texture and taste. The package size is HUGE and lasts a long time while staying fresh. They are so good I just eat them on their own. It’s nice to have something sweet after supper and these hit the spot.
Love these chocolate chips, in all 3 flavors. I've baked with them and eaten them right out of the bag. The size is also great, the smaller 10-ish ounce bags run out quickly. You need to be careful if you're watching calories or going low fat though - these chocolate chips may be sugar free but are not low fat, so portions are important.
