I get severe tension headaches that last 3 days. I used to be able to use prescription ibuprofen, and it would help, but ibuprofen no longer works. This anti-inflammatory herb, in conjunction with others, worked a miricle and stopped my headache within an hour of taking it! Great benefit, good quality, good ingredient, good size, and good dosage. I can't taste it because it's in a capsule.

the Swanson passionflower is well made with ingredients that are effective. Generous size for the price. find it works well when taken hour before bed. Quality is good.

I love gaba, I need it, if you want another product that releases it's natural gaba more soft, this works well. It also at the same time research indicates that passionflower may have neuroprotective properties, potentially helping to protect brain cells from damage and supporting neurogenesis (the growth of new brain cells).

Another Swanson product I have been using for yours because the formulation is reliable. I need this to help me wind down for sleep when making passion flower tea is not an option or I don't feel up to it. I've been using this for years with no issues, but find the price at iHerb to be very competitive to Swanson's. I will keep buying it here, I think!
