High quality bladder control supplement with one simple ingredient: pumpkin seed extract! I've noticed an improvement in my symptoms since beginning taking it, twice per day for about a month now. This supplement paired with cutting back on bladder irritants in my diet, like caffeine, artificial sweeteners, even stevia, have taken care of my bladder control concerns.
I have been using this product for a few months and find that it is very effective. It took about a month for me to notice an improvement, so I recommend not giving up on it too soon as I really find that it works.
i have overactive bladder due to stimulant use (adhd) and this is for calming the bladder. also got peppermint gels from now and they help protect from uti.
Most bladder control meds or exercises I've seen are all about stress control. That doesn't help those of us who have urge control. The ingredient of BladderSense, pumpkin seed extract, actually works for me.

I ordered this with hopes that it would help with my stress incontinence. Unfortunately it did not work in my experience, possibly due to other factors not relating to the product itself. My stress incontinence is likely due to being in the perimenopausal stage of my life, with the dipping levels of estrogen.
i've been taking it for an overactive bladder along with pumpkin seed oil witgh saw palmetto. Didn't work at first but then after 2 months things got better, not sure if it's due to this or it just got better by itself. is trill take it though until it runs out
I'm not really sure exactly how much it helps, but I did seem to have some improvement. The ingredients are correct to receive some benefits.
I usually eat pumpkin seeds daily but these are good for those other busy days.
I have tried SO many herbs and things to try to help my irritable bladder and I found this to be very helpful! It was great with 3 pills a day, then after 2 weeks, I reduced to 2 pills a day. and it still worked. I get up fewer times at night which helps my sleep tremendously. It's an easy capsule to take with no smell. Thank G-D for bladder sense!
