I am extremely disappointed this week for the second time that the wrong items had been shipped. Attached is the photo of the item that was shipped. I ordered for two pair of mens shoes. But I received three pairs of of ladies shoe and sandals. This is ridiculous that I have to deal with these returns. More over I still don't have the shoes that I wanted. Last week I ordered for "Dockers Men's Easedale Casual Lace-Up Oxford Shoe" but I got a Clarks brand shoe inside the Dockers Men's Easedale Casual Lace-Up Oxford Shoe Box. It is pathetic that this time I have been sent ladies shoe and two sandals when I ordered for a Dr. Scholl's Men's Feel Driven Plantar Fasciitis Oxford and a Vionic Dr. Scholl's Men's Sync Flex Oxford Shoes.

I’ve been buying them from last year. The only bad part is the bottom they come apart too soon; besides that, it’s a great shoe, comfortable for work. I appreciate how versatile they are, easily pairing with both casual and professional attire. The cushioning provides all-day support, making long hours on my feet much more bearable. I've even received compliments from colleagues, which adds to my overall satisfaction with the purchase. Despite the minor issue, I plan to continue buying them as they truly meet my needs.

They feel the same as my cheap shoes from DSW. They also scratch more easily than DSW shoes so they need to be polished after being worn once. I will never order from Dr Scholls again.

I am unfortunately disappointed in these shoes. I had hoped that they actually helped my plantars fasciitis. They are so very uncomfortable to walk in. They rub on the back of my foot. Unfortunately, you do not offer a satisfaction guarantee to return. I would not purchase these shoes if you think they will help your plantars fasciitis. However, they are nice looking shoes.
