Synergy®, Super DHA Omega-3, 120

Because of my advanced age, I make sure to include DHA-rich Omega-3 in my diet, which is essential for optimal brain function: supporting memory, attention, focus, cognitive performance, and social engagement. Unfortunately, when choosing this product, I didn't see that it was in ethyl ester form, which is less effective than triglyceride form. I think it will definitely provide some health benefits, and I hope so!

The quality and ingredients are top-notch! I've been taking omega for about 10 years, changing it all the time, but this one really pleased me with its ingredients and price. We all know about its health benefits, how it boosts the immune system, reduces inflammation, and most importantly, reduces bad cholesterol and helps the heart. The packaging is convenient, and the capsules are easy to swallow.

A quality supplement from a favorite brand! The ingredients are excellent, I take it for prevention.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent omega-3! High-quality ingredients with a high DHA content, easy-to-swallow capsules, no unpleasant fishy burp. Great value for money, will order again. Highly recommended!
