I really liked the quality of this fish oil. The ingredients are good, focusing on omega-3s—EPA and DHA—without unnecessary ingredients. I was especially pleased with the high EPA content. The capsules are convenient for daily use, and each package lasts a long time. A big plus for me is the virtually absence of an unpleasant fishy smell and aftertaste. In terms of benefits, I'm positive: I take it regularly and overall feel better. I also like using omega-3 as an additional dietary supplement, especially since I don't eat fish often. It's a good option in terms of the quality of ingredients, convenience, and omega-3 content. I'll be buying more.
