I regularly take collagen supplements for joint health. On my reviews page, you can see a wide variety of collagen supplements. Perhaps my experience will help you choose the right collagen supplement for you. All my reviews have real photos. Go to my reviews page! You definitely need to try this supplement from Beam! *pure beef collagen. Pure raw materials, marked grass-fed. This means that the cows were raised on free-range grass, not artificial feed. This indicates the quality of the raw materials. *causes no difficulties when taken, as it has a neutral taste. Collagen from Beam does not change the taste of the drink you add it to. *contains Vitamin C for better absorption. Unfortunately, in the form of ascorbic acid. I do not tolerate ascorbic acid well on an empty stomach. But for the synthesis of our own collagen with age, the presence of vitamin C is very important. Adding vitamin C does not change the taste of water or other drinks with collagen. Collagen can be mixed with water, or added to cooled coffee, smoothies, and drinks. Collagen mixes well with water. *Hyaluronic acid in Beam's collagen supplement is a nice bonus for maintaining hydration from the inside, all moving joints, and, of course, the skin. *Biotin in the composition is another pleasant bonus in a duet with hyaluronic acid. Biotin is an important supplement not only for keratin synthesis and, as a result, hair growth, but also for skin condition. *Dosage and number of servings: The dosage on the can is 10 grams, the packaging is designed for a month of use. Considering that I take collagen on a regular basis, one scoop = 5 grams is enough for me. I usually take one scoop left over from the best-selling product, California Gold Nutrition Marine Collagen with Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid. So, this package of Beam collagen from the Special Offers section will last me two months, not just a month. There's no scoop inside. I'd suggest the manufacturer include one for user convenience. *Packaging: This may be a disadvantage for paid shipping (shipping costs in some countries are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the package). However, it's convenient for storage. Besides the trial price, what else determined my choice? It's nice to know that the product is manufactured in the United States, not abroad, in third countries. This means quality control is maintained at various stages of production, and there's access to third-party lab testing. It's a great opportunity to purchase a quality product at a reasonable price.

Good collagen, with additives for beauty and health, I drink it every evening, I really like it
