I've been taking this calcium supplement for a while now. It contains both D3 and K2, which is crucial for absorption; you don't need to take a bunch of different bottles. The tablets are a bit large, and they can be hard to swallow, but the effect is worth it. My nails have become stronger, and I feel more energetic overall. The taste is neutral, so that's what you'll get.

A good calcium supplement with a well-thought-out composition. I liked the combination of ingredients—the calcium is easily absorbed and doesn't weigh down my stomach. After taking it regularly, I noticed my nails became stronger and my overall health improved. The capsules are convenient, and the quality of the ingredients is palpable. An excellent option for supporting bones and teeth.
