BPI Sports Hydro HD™, Hydrolyzed Whey Protein, Fruity Loopers, 4.8 lbs (2,176 g)

I really like the quality of the BPI company. I tried BPI ISO HD before, now Hydro HD... as far as I understand, it's the same thing, and this is their highest-quality line. Minimum fat, carbohydrates, sugar and about 80 percent high-quality isolate and hydrolysate. It's very easily digestible and tolerated. I don't pay attention to the taste, quality is more important to me. When you've been in the gym for about 40 years, you don't care about the taste... I definitely recommend it.

The quality is good. Whey protein that really doesn't cause any upset. Excellent for a diet. All the flavors are great. A fitness trainer recommended it - I don't regret it at all. The ingredients seem to be okay. The packaging is convenient - although it would be better not in a can but in a bag. The serving size is convenient. The benefits are obvious, especially when you're in a hurry to get to a workout and have little time for a snack.

Not long ago I was concerned about how to eat less and still stay full. I came to the conclusion that protein shakes would do a great job of this. Protein, as you know, is digested slowly and this will help you stay full for a long time...Super Quality
