I actually left a review before about the product not holding a charge but I have now called in for support and learned the machine only holds a charge for 20 minutes. And not longer. I did not see this on the website. I would not have purchased. I just want to make sure anyone looking to purchase this machine is aware.
This thing takes forever to charge. Doesn’t hold a charge and you can’t use it plugged in. Great piece of junk.
So easy to use and does a great job. My carpet looks great!!!
Used to clean sofa, chairs. Should have just used fabric spray. This has no suction. As in zero. Pointless.
I have area rugs in my house and this was the perfect size to shampoo them
I'm using this a lot! I have an old cat with bladder problems. I use this machine 3 to 4 times a day. It picks up the urine, stops the smell, leaves no stain. I'd like a 24" longer hose and wider cleaning brush. Lightweight makes it portable. Good suction.
Perfect for houses with kids or pets
Works well, light weight, easy to use and clean. I have only had it for one day so too soon to report if it lasts long, but so far so good.
This machine does not do much for old stains or soil on rugs or upholstery. Best for light cleaning.
I have a granddog and needed to remove dirt stains from the family room carpet. This machine did the job wonderfully. It’s easy to use and easy to manage.
