Is this product made for a little person? I am 5'8 and can barely use the wand because it is so short and no extention tube is provided. My back shouldnt hurt because I have to hunch over to adequately reach the floor.
I feel like i could write an essay, I'm that happy about this purchase. I havent had the greatest vacuum prior, but finally decided to get a new vacuum. Best decision I've made in a long time!! I tried it on a small area of my carpet, and i'm embarrassed to share how much cat hair came out of my carpet -it filled the entire container from a 4ft x 4ft area. Anyways, i highly recommend if you own pets, you won't be disappointed.
Used only a couple times after purchased. Started to make a very loud noise when vacuuming then the belt snapped. I purchased (2) more belts (surprised I would need to do so for a brand new vacuum), replaced the belt and had the same results happen but even quicker this time. I put my last belt on and found the brush to not move at all now. I removed the last belt and tried to spin the brush by hand and found it to be seized up on itself, must be some bearings that went bad??? We only used the vacuum (3) times, and now we cant. Pretty sad for brand new....
Does the job on pet hair, dirt, etc -- good suction! Really manueverable. Quiet. Cannister is easy to detach and dump. This is our 2nd one, and won't be our last.
Not too maneuverable, but worked well twice. Then brush roll stopped spinning. This was to replace an older BISSELL model, which at least started vibrating after a couple years.
It really sucks. That is a good thing. I like how when I vacuum the hair just comes to the vacuum. I have an older version of this model (I have 2) and I love it! Highly recommend it.
This vacuum was easy to assemble, has good suction on carpet and was good on hard floors. The vacuum is a little loud but a good product for the price.
My new vacuum cleaner was easy to set up. I never used a bagless machine before and didn't know what to think. I was totally amazed at how much STUFF came up with my first use. It was very easy to clean out and I am completely happy with it!

We have two cats, and I've only cleaned 3 - 8 x 10 rugs so far. Each room required me to empty the canister due to the stuff it picked up! Great suction for sure, and easy to use and empty
