[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been testing the Dyson Spot Scrub AI for five weeks and I’m really happy with it. It’s given me some much-needed time back, which I really appreciate. I found it easy to set up and simple to use. I will save up and buy one next year - love it thank you Dyson.
I still can’t set it up to operate correctly, won’t wash upstairs floor, wifi issues, cleaning issues it’s really frustrating me. It’s heavy and I can’t have it in the laundry as it needs a flat surface to reverse back up into. You need a large open area to store the docking station and I have limited space in a town house.
This one is better than my previous Dyson robot vacuum cleaner, but not as user friendly when it comes to giving it instructions for each clean. The setup on the app is devilishly tricky, & took me about a week. Still not sure if it's right. My sister-in-law gave up & returned her unit. However, this one does have better suction for rugs & gets much closer to the edges with the brushes. But corners are still not 100%
We brought one earlier this year Had sensor faults sent away to be looked at Received another brand-new machine and now have issues with the clean water tank sensor so it will not mop, we have to send it away again to be looked at. It's a great machine when it's working but now we've had two major faults in less than six months. Disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost a week encountered so many problems water leaks and multiple other errors not very happy trusted the company thought it would be a good product disappointing
Great at cleaning. Terrible robot..wont detect objects well, mapping is shocking. app below par.. but when it cleans it cleans well.. do with that info what you will
