I had an older version of this vacuum but much of my house is hard wood or laminate. I need a version that had better ability to suck up dust and dirt better. My last one was great and lasted years, so the new one does take the suction step further. I am glad I bought and does a fantastic job.
I have always bought the higher priced vacuums but I decided to research Bissell. I love my new Bissell as it’s lighter, has great suction and is easy to maneuver around furniture and my room size rugs. Would buy another if this one ever breaks down!
Nice vacuum, quiet with good suction. Areas for improvement: short power cord, opening collection container (to empty) is clunky, wand tool is useless - the brush collapses back at slightest touch (I’m using one from an old Dyson), and last the hose is way too short or inflexible- always knocks over the base when in use. (( not AI slop ))
Terrible. No suction on the bottom peice. Just clumps all the hair up in chunks everywhere. Ive always sworn by bissel. This product was almost 300 and the worse one I've owned.
I bought this because the Shark vacuum I had just wasnt doing the job. I knew I should have just stuck with a product that I know is quality. I have a husky which I dont need to tell you how much they shed 12 months out of the year. I also have a hound who does his fair share of contrbuting to the dog hair collection on my floors and furniture. This vacuum removes the hair, does a great job of reduceing the dander/allergens with HEPA filtration, and is easy to maneuver. The sution is just righgt for both hardwood floors and area carpets.

With 4 dogs in the house it really tackles the insane amount of hair we have. Chose this model for the option to turn off brushes as my girls bring in a lot of sand living in Florida. Only downside is this model doesn’t have a light which I really miss.

This vacuum works very well and I must’ve read the description wrong because I thought the head was a little wider and I thought it had a retractable cord, but I decided to go ahead and keep it as it does work well and it’s just a couple extra pass on each le-vel seems to work very well
