Shark AI Ultra 2-In-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop

This product is amazing. I have two dogs who are constantly shedding and this vacuum keeps up with the everyday pile up of the dog hair. I have had no issues with the Bluetooth connection and battery charge last the entire cleaning of the house.

Don’t love the self emptying base. Super loud. Battery doesn’t last for 2500 sq feet of cleaning. I had too many area rugs on my hardwoods to get the mopping feature to map correctly. Definitely not what I expected.

Has made housework so much faster. Took me sometime to get it correctly mapped out but once completed, this shark does exactly what it is suppose to do.

Works well, but has its moments. The biggest issue I had was parts breaking that basically made the model unusable. In the course of 1 year, I had to redeem the warranty TWICE, and the second time they just upgraded me to the Shark Navigator 2-in-1. I wouldn't buy this again.

I love our new Shark Matrix Vacuum. It empties itself! We have two cats who should be bald with the amount of hair this vacuum picks up. Even though we have a low pile rug in the family room, I can always tell when the Shark has gone over it. It just looks "cleaner." Being in my mid-70s, this sure beats pushing a heavy full-sized vacuum cleaner. I love it!

I bought this to replace a failing "premium" robot vac from a different manufacturer. The Shark's LIDAR function is much faster and more accurate than the previous bot, and it does a fine job on hardwood and carpet alike. It also mapped-out the house much more quickly than the old model did. I haven't yet run the mop, as those areas of the house are small and I can do them myself, but maybe I'll get around to it. As a general purpose vacuum, though, it works great and isn't too loud or too prone to bumping into stuff.

Does a good job vacuuming and mopping but application and mapping are average and require a lot of tweeking to identify carpeted areas accurately. There are no carpet sensors and the mop will not lift itself over carpeted areas to get to tiled areas.

I had my robot vacuum for less than a year before I encountered multiple issues. It had to be replaced twice due to one persistent problem. Same problem all the time. I needed to order a new dust cup because the button on the original one kept breaking. The process of replacing parts is quite complicated and frustrating. Additionally, I found out that once the vacuum is replaced, the warranty no longer applies to the new unit, which is disappointing. Overall, my experience with this vacuum has been very unsatisfactory. Hey Shark I still waiting for the emails that you told me 4 days ago that you would send.
