The powder was broken due to shipping. When I went into Macy's to ask for a new one I was informed that they only thing they could do was to have me re order. I didnt want to take a chance that the new product was also broke I ask to have the item sent to the store. I was refused. I had 3 people telling me that they would not help. One one the clerks Mary mad a face when she thought that I could see her as she was behind someone else. When I told her I saw the male jumped in and was rude. I try to use Macys for Lamcome purchases in store. I will not purchase from Macy's again
I have using Lancome eye make up for a very long time. The eye shadow does not fade and blends well.

I’ve purchased this eyeshadow palette multiple times from Lancome. I like the different color combinations in this product. I use all of them but the last dark purple one I use as an eyeliner. The eyeshadow goes on smoothly and lasts all day. I use a brush, not what comes in the palette. They are too small for me to handle. I love the guide they put on the mirror to show you how to apply the eyeshadow! This particular palette is an A+ in my beauty regime.
