LOVE the colour and finish but it came broken and like dust. Really tough to get it open and when I finally did 1/2 the product burst out making a mess. I lost 1/2 the product before ever trying it. . Don’t get it shipped! You will love it if it is intact.
Why the heck is the package so hard to open? I loved the shade in the store, but got home and had to wrestle with the package to open it.
Impossible to open, break apart. Don’t waste money
Great bendable eyeshadow with a nice level of pigment but the packaging is TERRIBLE! It’s impossible to open.
The product itself gets the job done. No cakeyness throughout 12 hours of wear. However the compact is difficult to open and I've broken my nails several times!
Product itself is excellent, but case has broken on me multiple times, leading to explosions of powder everywhere…!
Received three eye shadows in a simple plastic bag and the powder spilled all over. It’s a hot mess.
I end up using this color more as a highlight than an actual eyeshadow. It lasts pretty well, but be careful with this product as it tends to break/ crack easy! Apply with fingers or eyeshadow for max effect (doesn't pick up too well on a brush), or with a brush as a beautiful highlight.
Wish I read the reviews first ... Was packaged alone in a big box so of course it got knocked around during delivery and arrived a shattered mess. How has a company like Sephora not figured out how to properly ship things like this?
i read all the reviews saying they came in broken and i thought that would NEVER happen to me but it did, not gonna bother returning too much work, still a beautiful eyeshadow
