I've had this awhile now and I'm not a fan. It takes a very long time to heat up and it makes more of a mess leaving water everywhere. It doesn't seem to do what it promises. And for the money? I'm underwhelmed. As someone else pointed out, the pads for the floor don't do much. It needs pads with some teeth to get in there and do some scrubbing. Im sorry Dupray, I wouldn't recommend.

This steamer is simpley outstanding. I feel at ease knowing that now my home is sterilized throughout.
Easy to use. Quick to start up. Love that it rolls around. Attachments are great. I got the Awesome bag to hold everything which is really convenient.
Product is okay. Attachments are helpful. Just no sensor to indicate water level is a con.
A few months after using the mops where the microfibre towels get held snapped …After a year of using the hose came off and there’s nothing I can do to put it back on
Disappointing. I tried to use this thing to clean my shower and bathroom countertops. I followed the instructions. Used distilled water. Didn't overfill it. When used, the steam goes EVERYWHERE. Maybe it's a matter of skill, but instead of really cleaning much of anything, it just sent seam upward into the drywall. I've stopped using it. This thing is seemingly unsafe and unsuitable for indoor use. Maybe if you've got 15-folt ceilings and open windows. The squeegee tool is useless - the steam just goes straight upward. I cannot imagine using this thing on nice upholstery, bedding, or shades. The moisture would go everywhere and permeate everything, making a huge mess. Again, it could be matter of unskilled usage. But this is my experience with it.
I found a lot of steamers. But if you want a steamer that really works this is the one you need to get. I was renting an apartment that had beautiful tile, but all of the grout was black with dirt. I used the copper nozzle and the grout now looks brand new, and I didn’t even hardly break a sweat. I’m excited to try all of the other attachments to do my shower, etc. this steamer is awesome. I can’t recommend it enough and it on wheels. You just pull it around.
I bought this a year ago and love it. Unreal how clean the tile comes out in the bathroom floor and hallway floor. I also used it to wash the screens on my patio door and the windows. Its great to get at places that you can't easily get to.
I have used the floor cleaner for a couple of months. It works great for me. Nothing like being able to vacuum and clean the kitchen floor in 15-20 minutes! One thing I would like to see is a easy hand hold for balancing the unit while going up and down the stairs.
