Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Turbo Rewind Vacuum Cleaner

This is my 2nd vacuum. Moves smoothly over floors and carpets. Great suction and easy to maneuver. Love the rewind of the cord by pushing a button. My last one had a feature that unfortunately this 1 doesn’t have. That would be that it automatically sensed when you went from carpet to bare floors. This new one has a button you choose to make this switch which is located at the top of the arm. While this works will, I much prefer the automated changing on my old one. Find this to be a well made machine.

I've had to take apart and unclog this vacuum almost every time I've used it.

Failed after 3 years of normal use around the house.

Nice quiet vacuum that picks up great! Easy to maneuver. Great suction. Low noise.

While the bristles are tricky to clean because of the long hair strands overall this is a great vacuum. It does a great job of sucking up hair from even my toughest rug. Love the 2 setting feature for different carpet types and a hard surface option.

I had a Bissel for the last 4 years and I didn't realize it wasn't doing a very good job! I purchased this new vacuum as an upgrade because I couldn't get the replacement parts for the old one (outdated at this point) and I am so glad I chose this one! the only thing is I do like the little bristles that stuck out at the edges, I think it was called the edge-sweepers on the older model, that got into the little edges and seams of some areas. I don't think those are included in most newer models, or at least not the ones I was looking at before making my decision. I really like my new model!

Machine clogged up in rollers after 2 uses and the plastic roller seat was wearing away. I vacuum regularly so very disappointed it did not perform and I returned it. I love my Bissell carpet cleaner so thought I'd love the vacuum. Sorry to say it didn't perform.

Horrible horrible horrible!! I had a bissell pet hair vacuum before this and it was wonderful. This vacuum legitimately will shoot out crumbs after I try and roll over them to suck them up and I can feel the crumbs shoot out the back and hit my feet on the tile floor we have. It is fine on carpet but is beyond horrible on anything else floor wise. I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone pet owners or people with kids.

I bought this to replace the same model I bought, get this, probably about 10 years ago. My old one’s beater bar started to stop turning when I pushed the vacuum forward. The actual motor still worked just fine, tho. The fix to the beater bar connection was about what a new vacuum cost.
