Potato Starch, Unmodified, 22 oz (623 g)

Felt a bit funny to order this from the US to Sweden, only to realize that we have the same product in the store for $6 lol, but it feels like a clean product so I like it. I use it in a flour mix for baking my gluten-free bread and cookies.

Excellent thickener: It handles higher cooking temperatures better than cornstarch and creates a smooth, glossy texture in sauces, gravies, soups, and stews. Useful for gluten-free baking: Many bakers use it in flour blends because it helps cakes and breads stay lighter, softer, and more moist. Simple ingredient list: Just potato starch, with gluten-free and non-GMO certifications.

I often order from iHerb. This product is excellent, just as described. It is packaged in the manner described, and the benefits can also function on schedule. For example, this is helpful to you. Thank you!

While I love the products of this company, the seals don’t really work once you open them, which can be really annoying. So not really re sealable. Otherwise great!
