I like this brand because it has a resealable bag that goes a very long way in keeping the flour fresh and neat. I use this in my marzipan recipe with lakanto, almond extract, rose water, and water. It’s awesome. I also use for breads, cakes, and cookies. I do not use for savory items and anyone who recommends this for gravy…don’t listen! lol. The flour is sweet-ish and doesn’t taste good in a purely savory capacity. Although, I have made cheese & broccoli muffins from a keto website and those were good. Excellent for a keto diet in moderation and a serving may be high in calories, but it’s great for low carbs. Watch your frequency if you’re calorie counting. Otherwise, I highly recommend.
