I can't say how I feel using this because I can't get passed the flavor. it's chemical and bad taste and aftertaste. Will not purchase again.
Excellent quality l and tastes nice with good solubility, ingredients composition is solid
tastes very good and helps me with my Keto Diet.
I’ve tried BHB salts mainly as a quick energy support during low-carb days or fasting. They give a noticeable short-term boost in focus and endurance, especially at the start of a workout, since they provide an alternative fuel source (ketones). However, the effect doesn’t last very long and it doesn’t replace proper nutrition or consistent energy intake. Overall, it feels useful for a temporary performance lift, but not something that makes a major long-term difference on its own.
very nice quality and professional ingredients good yastea d size and Andioxidants enjoy the product tastes nice
Nice package and branding, ingredients appear to be of good quality. Interested to see if benefits can be felt when consuming…
Tastes good Reduces inflammation You generally feel better on it
quality, ingredients, tastes size composition are good ,packaging fine, not bad at all
I'm not a fan of peach or mango, but bought this cause only BHB in stock. Now I look forward to it each morning to have with my protein shake. Main thing is BHB effectiveness of course. I've only tried one other BHB brand (also with goBHB) and it compares well in terms of energy lift.
The flavour is ok, can't really taste the mango flavour. BHB is ok, I didn't notice any difference from the normal hydration powders and this is more expensive.
