i bought this product because it was advertised with 510mg sodium per serving... ideal when sweating a lot during training. this ended up not been the case. still i try to use it after training. it tastes good but i need to dilute it a lot as it s way too sweet for me

Tastes great, very sweet. Works, but sometimes this caused me diarhhea so it's important to start with smaller amount to assess tolerance

Best exogenous Ketones I've used so far. The taste is a bit too sweet for me, I tend to prefer less but it's not a deal breaker.

Super sweet tasting but I don’t mind. I even doubly water it down. It definitely raised my ketones within a half hour. It is short lived tho but I feel it’s a good way to train your body on how to manage ketones in general.

The flavour is strong, but pleasant taste, slightly sour, but decent. I was diluting with 750ml or even 1ltr. dissolves well, not at all thick or lumpy, but can be gritty if dissolved in very cold water. effective at suppressing appetite. gives mental energy and seemed to sustain me through fasting hours. helped with weight loss on Keto diet. seems very high quality. ingredient content is good. will buy again. conveniently sized spoon for individual dosing Package details all ingredients and a stay dry pack to ensure product remains good.
