I was a little skeptical at first, but this turned out to be a solid addition to my supplement stack. The fruit punch flavor is surprisingly pleasant—it doesn’t have that harsh artificial scent some BHB products carry. The smell when you open the jar is actually kind of refreshing, like powdered candy, but it’s not overpowering. The package arrived sealed and intact, with a nice clean look. It’s not a huge container, but the size makes sense for what you get—about a month’s worth if you use it regularly. I’ve been taking it before workouts or during low-carb days, and I really started to notice the benefit around day 3: better focus, smoother energy, and reduced cravings. Mixing it is easy and there’s no gritty texture, which says a lot about the quality. I appreciate how Nutricost keeps it simple but effective. I’ve tried a few other brands, and this one feels like it actually cares about what goes into the formula, not just flashy labels. Overall, if you're looking for a decent-tasting, well-formulated BHB supplement to support your keto or fasting routine, this is definitely worth a try. Just be consistent with your use, and you’ll feel the difference.

Delivery was fast and the packaging was secure, which I always appreciate from iHerb. The ingredients are clearly high quality and feel carefully chosen. The taste is pleasant and natural, and the smell is fresh without being overwhelming. The texture dissolves or absorbs well, making it easy to use. The effects were noticeable within a short time, and overall, this product exceeded my expectations
Trusted quality from Nutricost, in good tasting , but sugar-free, powder form of BHB salt, with good mix of Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, and Sodium, so not too much of one, such as sodium.
I started to take this before workouts. It comes in a easy to use, good size package with a scoop. Good quality, the powder dissolves quickly in water without the need for a shaker which is nice.
Great taste and helpful. Good quality. I noticed when I take it in the morning. It gets me ready for the day.
prefer the liquid esters, however this has higher electrolytes , more palatable , cheaper than alternatives. interesting sour/salty taste.
I really like the taste and the effect of this product . the quality is good and the effect it has on my ketone level is good . love how this keeps me focused and productive. clear ingredients list . dissolves fast and easy to take . a must have in my morning routine .

Great bhb product! It has amazing taste, quality package and it does it’s job! I love it, it gives me the energy I need. As a person that works out a lot I can definitely recommend it! The size is 30 servings do it will last you all month. Will order again!
I've been using this Nutricost BHB Salts in Fruit Punch flavor for a couple of weeks now, and it's a game changer for my keto routine. The taste is surprisingly delicious refreshing and fruity without any harsh artificial aftertaste that I've experienced with other BHB products.
