I have been using this cleanser for over 5 years and it never disappoints! I have very sensitive skin and this does not feel too harsh. It gives a light exfoliation and gets rid of all the makeup and impurities my oil cleanser missed. Will always recommend this to anyone that asks for my favorite cleanser.
This was my go to grail for soft cleansing for my dry sensitive skin and was excited when they came out with a jumbo size. First red flag was the smell. No longer smells like lemongrass but smells chemical. The consistency is not as thick as before. It broke me out (in pimples as opposed to eczema which is how I would normally break out). I contacted Tatcha directly to see if they changed the formula and they gave me a copy paste response that it was probably a different change to my routine (hormones, foods, changes to other things even though I have changed nothing which I specified in the email) and didn't actually answer my question. Makes me really sad as I loved this product, bought multiple bottles, and recommended to so many people - now I have to warn everyone away because this is NOT the same product. My husband uses the Matcha Cleanse from them and same thing there except more obvious as it went from being clear to a vibrant green color and now has a chemical smell instead of a fresh clean smell. Seems like they are overhauling multiple of their products, for the worse.
This is worth every penny. Can never go back to another cleanser
This has been my ride-or-die cleanser for over 5 years since I was a Sephora employee. I continue to try new cleansers occasionally, but always come back to this one — always in my kit. Recommended for all skin types and the value is exceptional for me.
I love this cleanser. I love how smooth my skin feels and soothed. This works incredibly well to gently remove skin cell buildup. Facial plaques, dry spots, the edges of scars all gently wiped away.
This is my favorite cleanser. I am a long time fan, This whole skin care line is amazing!
I have been using the Tatcha products for over a year and I am super pleased with this cleanser. I find it does an excellent job removing my makeup and cleansing my skin without drying it out. A little goes a long way. I have dry and aging skin and it seems to plump up the moisture level of my skin.
5 stars from me! This product works amazingly and it helped a lot with my dry skin. I also use their moisturizer. It lathers really well and my face feels very glowy and I fel so clean when I use it. Very pleased and will continue purchasing 🤍
I just finished the full-size tube and logged in to check how long ago I got it. IT LASTED TWO YEARS!! Can’t really scoff at the price considering. It’s such a delight to use. The delicate scent, creamy foam, and light grip of the rice powder. You don’t even think of it as gritty until you grab a different cleanser and it feels slimy. This is the only step of my routine that I’m not always switching up or shopping around for.
Was harsh on my skin and made me break out (tiny white bumps).
