Made me break out soooo bad. I’m actually shocked because it’s advertised as an acne safe brand, yet I’ve NEVER broken out from a cleanser let alone one that is acne safe! Horrible! Do not trust.
I really wanted to love this. Unfortunately it wasn’t for me. My face broke out terribly after switching to it and I just didn’t love the cleanser in general. Switched back to shiseido. I do see some comments mentioning a smell, I thought it smelled fine.

i've been dealing with cystic hormonal acne and i switched from vanicream line to this and OMG!! my face feels so much cleaner, my barrier feels insanely healthy, i can't recommend it enough!
After purchasing this product a couple of months ago, I can finally say that I found one of my favorite cleansers. So hydrating. It doesn’t make my skin feel dry or irritated after cleansing. I have very sensitive skin and not once didthis product break me out. i highly recommend!! this
Staple in my routine, I use this night and day. It lathers very nicely and isn’t too harsh for my sensitive acne prone skin.
Takes all my makeup off so easily and leaves my face squeaky clean without drying it out or irritating my skin barrier.
NOT for sensitive skin. I used this one time and it completely ruined my skin barrier. Within 5 minutes of washing my face and neck was red, bumpy and inflamed. Days later, it hasn’t gone down. I never write reviews but had to for this
I don't know what sort of magic is in this bottle, but this cleared up my acne within 2 washes. It's the ultimate clean for my face. I have pretty oily sensitive skin prone to clogged pores and acne and this stuff is absolutely amazing. Whenever I feel a pimple coming up, I use this and it's gone in a couple of days.
