Disappointed in new product design.

Really disappointed in the new pump design. Pump designs are the worst idea for viscous solutions. Bring back the squeeze bottle or just put it in a container like the moisturizer bottle. Also this pump bottle is tiny. I don’t have a problem with the formulation. Works the same for me. Just hate new product design.

I have used this product for a few years now. Similar to others, I’ve had problems with the new pump. The product separates and the thicker part gets stuck at the bottom. The pump doesn’t work to get the last 1/3 out so you have to open up the bottle and dump it out into your hand. I used to love the affordability of this cleanser as well, but the price has gone up and the product isn’t as good.

I’ve been using this cleanser for about 2-3 years now.. LOVED IT & worked well for my sensitive skin. I was running low so thought I’d replenish. Come to notice the price, OZ & packaging changed. The pump sucks, as does the formula.. it doesn’t work with my skin at all. Bring back the holy grail lol
