Zwilling Pro
Perfectly balanced and ergonomic grip. I haven’t used them long enough to speak for the edge retention, but the sharpness out of the box was unmatched.

These knives have made kitchen prep work so easy!
We really needed a new set of knives. I trust the ZWILLING name and reliability. The set we bought seems to have all of the tools we need to service the kitchen. The block itself is good looking and the knives cut beautifully. We have used it on fruit, bread, meat and vegetables. The knives easily glide through, are easy to grip and have a good weight. The knives are sharp and make cooking prep easier. No doubt this set will be very helpful during the holiday season. All of this makes it a good value.

For life
Have owned since 2017 and they are the best knives I’ve used in commercial or home setting. Good weight, balance, and ergonomics. On to my second set after I gave my old one to a friend.

Fits nicely in your hand
I really enjoy the way. The knife fits in my hand and cutting blades are tremendously sharp. The knife is well balanced, and the economic structure of the blade makes cutting a breeze. Highly recommend.
