Kramer by Zwilling Euroline Damascus Collection 10" Chef's Knife

I’ve been using these knives for years. They are beautiful, durable and hold their edge well. Most importantly for an avid cook, they fit perfectly in my hands. The balance is such that they feel like an extension of me. Like cooking with an old friend. This most recent purchase is just expansion to the knife set I already love. My go to is the 7” Santoku, which I use every single time I cook and have been doing so for at least the last 10-12 years.

First off, the finish on this knife is beautiful! I bought it for the knuckle clearance and ergonomic handle. Sharpness and edge retention are top teir and the balance fits perfectly in palm. Exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
