Not as expected saddly had to return, fabric too thing. Print and colors are beautiful but you can see through so that’s a no for quality and absorption

The colors are just great on these Ralph Lauren towels. I bought the bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. They are a bit thinner than I expected, but are still quite absorbent. They need about three washings to get nice and soft. Overall I am really pleased because the colors are great in my bathroom.

This patterned towel looks great in my powder room. The quality is okay, there are a couple of pulls just after being washed with other towels. I’m happy with the purchase because of the color and pattern, but I wouldn’t buy a full set for daily use.

The texture, softness and durability of this product is ridiculously poor. I can’t believe Ralph Lauren’s name is attached to this product. Don’t buy!

Compared to the Lactose Home collection it isn’t very soft or absorbent almost feels like a Brillo pad.

Needed new towels for my new home and these towels are awesome. They are beautiful and soft. Price point is a bit high but just waited for a sale and bought them all! Would buy again.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a towel from Macy’s that I never received. The order was delivered through DoorDash, and when I contacted Macy’s to report the issue, I was simply told that their system showed it as “delivered” to my address. I asked for proof of delivery, such as a photo, signature, or any confirmation showing where the driver actually left the package, but no proof was provided. Despite this, Macy’s refused to replace the item. The cost of the towel is not the main issue, it’s the principle. A customer should not be expected to pay for an item they never received simply because a delivery status says “delivered,” especially when there is no proof that it was actually delivered to the customer. I expected much better customer service and accountability from Macy’s.

I only purchased these towels because they matched my cultured marble shower and vanity. They are very thin and definitely not the quality I would expect from the Ralph Lauren brand.
