I ordered 6 washclothes but received 6 bathtowels. I have reordered the wash clothes and paid for them but now I need to return the bath towels. Can you help?

Quality and Beautiful Color

Macy's Charter Club is still quality at fair price. For household standard needs, I always check there and don't fear what I will receive when buying online. R.H. Macy Legacy continues to live through Macy's private label. Great Color and fastness. Reasoned timeless design. Follow care guidelines for longevity.

Nice but snags

I ordered 6 of these to replace old ones and at least half of them had snags in the terry. Some were smaller snags but some with lengthy threads hanging from them that are visible even after cutting them off. Disappointed.
