I’ve been using this product faithfully for several years. It removes my eye makeup gently and throughly. When Macys has the 15% off sale I always buy a bottle or two.

Delayed package arrived today. The box is as soaking wet. Turns out the lid on one of my bottles was loose (this was a new bottle?) and over half its contents adorned the box.

Why does it look so uneven? Is it suppose to look like that and even if I shook the product it’s still uneven.

There was no product tampering safety seal when I opened the bottle. But the salesperson insured me it was new. Also the bottle neck opening doesn’t have slow pouring cap like Mac product has. I wanted Mac makeup remover but they were sold out. The product itself is very good. Removed waterproof mascara very well. But i would not buy it again.
