Damaged product
One of the squares of some kind of highlighter broke apart during shipping, and there were white powder crumbles all over the kit. The bottom tray containing this highlighter and some lip glosses was unusable because of this. Poorly designed product that did not hold up during shipping.

This is the second time I've bought it, and it's been broken both times.

THE ORDER THAT WE NEVER GOT!
If the order was delivered, we never received it. What a waste to purchase it. It could have been delivered and placed it at the screen door for better security. Apparently, it was not. Poor job, Macy's!

Disappointed customer
This was obviously old! When I opened it the eyeshadows were crumbly and a couple of them empty and powdered particles all over the tray. The next tray was worst with all of the pieces everywhere!! This was devastating as Macy’s is a reliable trusted store and I have been a customer for many years. Very disappointed!!!
