This cleansing balm is so easy to use and removes makeup nicely. You apply it dry to your face so no dripping water everywhere before applying. I can apply under eyes gently and it doesn’t irritate them. Close eyes and apply all around. Rinse well few times. Can open eyes and gently wipe under eyes without eyes getting irritated from balm. I do sometimes reapply around perimeter of face to make sure I got all the makeup. I also have their cleansing foam wash and love that too, but do have to be more careful around eyes as it does pick/burn slightly if it gets in eyes. I highly recommend this balm especially if you have sensitive eyes. It really does not bother them at all for me.

The best make up remover I’ve ever had I’ve ever tried. I used to use Neutrogena wipes, and with this, I could not believe how much make up the wipes were leaving behind the leaves my face feeling silky, soft, and very clean never tight.

I have been using this product for a while now. It is very effective. It does cleanse the face of all makeup. I have never bought such a large container, but it is worth the price for its effectiveness.
