There is nothing like this product. I tried to buy something from another high-end cosmetic company and it did not work as good.

I've been using Lancôme Bi Facil for over 30 years, and the one I ordered is nothing but a mix of 2 products and isn't like the original at all. Returning as soon as I can.

This removes everything and doesn’t irritate. Best I have tried and will continue to purchase as long as I’m wearing make up.

Doesn’t seem to remove all the definitions mascara

Lancôme’s double action makeup remover is the best product out there. It’s gentle on the eye area yet removes my eye makeup quickly and not overly oily nor drying. I never have residue makeup the next morning. It feels refreshing on my eyes. Gets the job done quickly ( even on waterproof mascara) with no irritating the eyes. Love, love, love!!!

Love using this product! It’s very gentle on the eyes and causes no irritation. The removal of my mascara is very easy, slides right off! Leaves no greasy residue. Works on both regular and waterproof mascara. Would highly recommend.!
