Tea Time!
It seems to work great. Have only used it once. Heated the water up very quickly. I like the fact that it turns itself off after the water boils.

FYI: Model numbers not the same
The model number of my purchased product is RJ11-12-WM.... But when selecting the model from the drop down selections, the choice added two letters onto the end of the model number, that were not on the box.

Amazing product, but the warranty number was wrong
I love my electric kettle, and it works great! It heats the water very quickly, and the led lights are an amazing touch. The only reason I rate it 4 stars was because my model number that is next to the barcode was missing 2 letters, causing me to think that I got the numbers and letters wrong, which was not the case. I ended up using the dropdown to find the model number, but there was not the same number, making me just use the only one that has all the numbers except the last 2. This problem could be on my part, or just a bad warranty code, but I love the product and rate the product 5 stars, but the warranty setup 4 stars. Would totally recommend for the price and the quality!
