Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Electric Kettle

Love every thing about it. Extremely happy with the color I picked. That took the longest in my decision.

I basically like, but hot water seeps out the hole on the lid and collects in the grooves on the lid and spills on counter an possibly my hand if I'm not careful, when I go to pour it. I am not over filling and it happens even with less water.

Reaching temp chime could be louder.

Drives me nuts that it slows down to reach a full boil. This makes sense at lower temperatures but not at 212. Overall slower than my older cheaper kettle. But otherwise functional and very elegant.

1st time I used it I noticed an improvement in my coffee, the precision of temp control is vastly improved over a kettle on the stove where your kinda guessing even with a thermometer, bringing out more flavor and different flavors than before. I’m really enjoying this purchase

Heats fast enough to get to the correct temp and then hold. By the time I get my beans ground and the scale and filter set up, I'm ready to pour. This kettle ensures I pour slowly enough and focused right where I like. Of course, I fill the kettle to max with filtered water right after I finish pouring to ensure it's ready for tomorrow. Wouldn't want to turn it on with only a little water in it.

The Stagg Electric Kettle is fabulous. What a treat to have water for my coffee almost instantly. And, it's really attractive.

I think it's a great kettle but it would be nice to have more control through the app for it like the ES1 it would be nice to have different profiles that can help with your pour over for coffee or tea ☕ Would also love it if you guys came up with a premium ES2 that had all stainless through out the machine and maybe some nice LED lights for your shot and a square screen by the group head that was like 8 inches square. I would pay for the premium materials and so would a lot of people. Thank you for listening to me 🤩👌🇺🇸

The wood handle is super worth it. Was surpised, thought it was mostly cosmetic, but you touch that more than anything else during a brew so the hand feel is amazing.
