I received a dress that looked fairly brand new. It has the tag on still and everything looks pretty good however, when I went to try it on inside has a altered sleeve this doesn’t make sense was distress sent back and then just shipped to me like this why is this altered or is this how it’s supposed to be?

Cute dress, fit was great, xs, I’m 5’7”” 124lbs Unfortunately the material is stiff not sure if washing will loosen it up a bit Also the bottom is wider then it looks in the picture Still deciding if I’m going to keep it
I bought this last week. It's beautiful and very comfortable, but unfortunately the buttons came off the second time I wore it. I love the style and fit, but I'm disappointed with the quality
