Petal and Pup Women's Seychelle Dress

So wrinkly.. didn’t like the fit.. too much to iron. Returning.

i bought my usual size and could not squeeze in. Take at least 2 sizes up

It’s not made nice. I don’t like the material or how it fits . I am in the process of returning it

I have yet to receive the dress, although I have paid for it. It first was supposed to deliver 9/2 and then 9/9. Today is 9/10, and still no dress

I bought three dresses from this designer and all three are poor quality. The materials used are like that of a bad Halloween costume. I am surprised Macys sells this brand!. Do not recommend!!

Tried this dress for a wedding ..it was a nice color but arrive in wrinkles . It is cheaply made

I do not usually post reviews, but wanted others to know what a nightmare Petal & Pup’s return process is. Just know that returns must be sent to Petal & Pup. However, their systems are not set up for returns & exchanges if you order from Macy’s. No live person to speak with and the Chatbots are not programmed to help with orders through Macy’s. If you need to return or exchange, do not waste your time trying to contact Petals & Pup. Call Macy’s and they will email you label and directions to return to Petals & Pup. Macy’s was wonderful & very helpful in the return! Also note, you have to pay your own return shipping.
