It is a jelly stick with Verisol Bioactive collagen peptides that will help give you that glowy skin and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. For me though I like that this also helps strengthen my hair and nails. It is in a travel pack so it’s easier to bring with me anywhere. Tastes good too!

They are a super fun and convenient way of taking the collagen, instead of the powder or liquid. I’m not sure I’ve noticed any changes in the 10 days of using them so I think a longer trail would show more of a result, so I can’t speak fully to the effectiveness. But besides that I’ve liked the product and will look for some to further the trail!
