(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’m really happy with this MCT oil, it mixes easily into my morning coffee and has smooth and really mild taste. You cannot taste it at all, it’s kind of bland, which makes it easy to drink. Sometimes I add it to my morning smoothies and cannot say the difference. It makes me feel fuller for long and helping me with intermittent fasting. Just 1 teaspoon in your coffee and see the energy in you! The bottle is good size, great quality and food value for the price!

I like that there is no smell or taste really and glad to try this out. I’ve used the now products before and so far liking the purity of their contents.

It gives me abit of extra energy boost when I use it and provides me some extra calories as well to feel full. If taking on its own, it has minimal flavour and doesn’t taste “greasy” or slick.

Light texture absorbs quickly and never let you feel greasy. Quality and performance wise, the value is excellent. The bottle is make better material than other brands. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)  After using this MCT oil the major difference I noticed was my appetite and not being as hungry as quickly. I think the bottle design could be better because its a tad flimsy when pouring and if anything spills it is oily to clean up. Will continue use to see what other changes I notice.
